Cinnamon Apple Smoothie

  

 


Here is a quick snack option which is satisfying and perfect if you are on the go or even after your workout. For hot days like the ones we are experiencing in South Africa it is definitely refreshing. It is my Cinnamon Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 apple

1/2 cup vanilla fat-free yoghurt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

200ml almond milk (or any milk you desire)

Instructions:

Chop your half apple and throw in a blender with all remaining ingredients and blend until well combined. Pour into your glass and enjoy, you can add extra cinnamon if you wish for taste.

Another simple, easy, quick recipe.
