1/3 cup blueberries
3 heaped tablespoons low fat/fat free Greek yoghurt
1/2 tspn maple syrup
1/3 chocolate protein bar
Instructions: Layer blueberries and yoghurt in a dessert glass. Chop your protein bar into small bite-size squares and add on top of the yoghurt then drizzle your maple syrup over and enjoy! Instant energy boost.
