Sexy, Slim Waistline Challenge

Today I am giving you a set that can tone and strengthen your core and waistline which you can incorporate into your daily workouts. These quick and effective workouts should have you dancing in front of the mirror in no time! Gone are the days when we used to spend long hours and doing many crunches in order to achieve the results we want, it is about quality over quantity. With the correct technique and breathing you should be able to achieve the results you are looking for. Remember correct breathing plays a significant role and remember to engage your core during these exercises at all times. Your muscles need about a day to recover and to avoid muscle injury so aim to exercise those abs about 2-3 times per week, giving a day between these targeted exercises for your muscles to recover. Another major point in achieving that sexy waistline and abs is that abs are made in the kitchen so an effective diet should help you break away those fatty layers and help reveal that hidden pack! You can do as many crunches as you desire but if you are not eating correctly you will see little to no results.

Do 8-12 reps of each exercise with 20 seconds of rest inbetween. Complete this set and repeat two more times with 1 minute rest between each set. Remember to engage your core, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth whilst tightening your abs. Warm and cool down before and after all exercises.
